Eleni S. Shioni is the founder of Eleni S. Shioni law firm.

Eleni obtained her Βachelor’s Degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she developed a strong foundation in law. Eleni earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Nicosia, specializing in two distinct areas of legal science: European Business Law and Human Rights and Social Justice. Eleni is a member of Cyprus Bar Association since 2010.

Eleni, with an over 13 years of experience in the legal field, dedicated to excellence in Corporate Law, Compliance & AML, advises her clients in corporate law and M&A matters, including mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, as well as regulatory and financial services matters, always tailored to their needs. Her practice also includes advising on major Intellectual Property matters, as well as Data Protection and Privacy matters.
